Xmas School Holidays 2024. On august 26th, 2024, several states across india will observe a public holiday for janmashtami, closing schools and other educational institutions. The regulations increase the number of inset days from 5 to 6 days for the next 3 academic years (2022 to 2023, 2023 to 2024 and 2024 to 2025).
